hey mark. yeah the kiln turned out great. i took some advice from someone whom i will not mention to use plywood as a layer over the cinderblock. which now has completely burned to ash, and the whole thing dropped that inch. so i a going to re do the floor, but clearly can not redo under the arch, but it looks substantial enough. it is taking me a little over 15 hours though, so not bad, just really hard to get the last 150 degrees. until 2000 though fast, could you know go to fast. i have some guesses though. when i figure out how to put pictures on i will. my new website has a few on it, but it is just the beginning of a site. i do appreciate your help on the phone this winter it was a big help. as was seeing etsu's kiln. the pots are coming out nice though. i am still trying to figure out how the newest kiln at blue star fired so fast. i am blown away. peace. hope all is going well
