Got the soda kiln loaded yesterday, candled overnight and firing today. I put three pictures of the back, middle and front stacks on my blog at: http://www.shambhalapottery.blogspot.com I made a lot of changes in the chimney (removed two layers), bag wall (raised and it altered the openings) and flues (reduced them to about 47sq in), so it may be an interesting firing.
